I started my Yoga practice as a way of improving my general well-being, as part of my drive to do more of what makes me happy. I completed an intensive 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training course with Camyoga in November 2017. My personal Yoga preference is a vinyasa/dynamic practice that focuses on mindful movement. I aim for my classes to be accessible for all, fun and relaxing and hope to help my students become more aware of their bodies and breath.
