I started my Yoga practice as a way of improving my general well-being, as part of my drive to do more of what makes me happy. I completed an intensive 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training course with Camyoga in November 2017. My personal Yoga preference is a vinyasa/dynamic practice that focuses on mindful movement. I aim for my classes to be accessible for all, fun and relaxing and hope to help my students become more aware of their bodies and breath.

Hi Maz, this was the only way I could find to contact you as I don’t have social media. I’m so sorry to let you down and not show up tonight. I should have finished work at 4pm and I finally finished at 11pm but I forgot to take my phone with me. I’m so so sorry. Britt

Good evening, I’m interested in your yoga class in irthlingborough on a Friday evening. However, I’m a complete beginner and was wondering if it’s appropriate for a beginner?
Thank you

Though my classes can be challenging, I aim for them to be accessible to students of all levels, beginners included, as I encourage students to listen to their bodies and only do what feels right for them.
