I think the title of this Blog post explains just how busy the last few months have been! With teaching in school full time all day and teaching anywhere between 6-12 Yoga classes a week, I have not really had time to sit and breathe, let alone write a blog post!
I will admit that at times, I have felt like I have taken on too much and have really struggled with my emotions, especially in my school teaching job. And yet, at the same time, teaching yoga gives me energy to get through my day,  knowing I’m going to be able to share this practice with such a wonderful community of yogis. I feel so energised and joyful after teaching a Yoga class!
I know that doing this much is not sustainable and something is going to have to give, but at the moment I am embracing all these challenges and trying to stay present with all they present

October’s Autumn themed Yoga brunch was just beautiful! We explored how we can learn from the falling leaves and let go of what no longer serves us to make room for new opportunities and experiences. Bharita provided the most delicious, nourishing and warming food to re-energise us after our flow. I just love bringing people together through movement and healthy food.

I am loving being part of the Hotpod Yoga team! In October I taught 25 classes in the pod! It is wonderful getting to know the regular podders and also helping the new yogis find their flow in the pod. I especially love the Monday evening flow when the NSG crew join me in the pod! I must admit that I struggled sleeping after pod classes for a while as I would wake up in a panic, thinking I had fallen asleep whilst teaching in the pod! I think that shows that my brain really wasn’t getting time to switch off before getting into bed. Thankfully, I seem to have this under control now!

I can’t believe that is has been 1 year since I graduated from my Yoga teacher training! What a crazy and wonderful year it has been. I worked out that since graduating I have taught 226 Yoga classes!! I can’t wait to see what the next year brings!
To celebrate the 1 year Yoga-versary, I held a candlelight Yoga class for my regular Yogis. It was a beautiful evening and I am so greatful for the wonderful people that have supported and joined me on this Yoga journey.

I feel like there was so much more I wanted to say in this blog, but I am tired and finding it hard to put what I am feeling into words. I just want to end by saying thankyou. Thankyou thankyou thankyou for each and every one of you who has played a part in this Yoga journey. A special thanks to my wonderful husband who is always there for me (and who takes amazing photos!). I love you all.
